It is important that you read the PDS and TMD in full and the acknowledgements contained in this Application Form before applying for Units.

Registered Co-operative
A business organisation that is owned and controlled by its members.

Company Custodian
A company custodian investing on behalf of an underlying trust (such as a managed investment scheme, government superannuation fund, investor-directed portfolio service (IDPS), IDPS-like scheme, master trust, wrap account, managed discretionary account (MDA) service or other type of trust). The custodian is authorised to provide custodial or depository services under the Corporations Act.
